Welcome Back Dinner - July 27, 2023 

Please join the Easley PTA on Thursday, July 27th at 5:30 pm at Easley for a welcome back dinner. Dinner is free with a PTA membership which can be purchased for $7 each. Without a membership, a dinner is $4 per adult and $2 per child. Each meal includes a hot dog, chips, dessert and a drink. Please RSVP by noon on July 27th at this link, which also includes links to payment.  Families who RSVP and pre-pay by 7 am on July 26th will receive tickets sent home with their child allowing them to skip the check-in lines and go straight to the food. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Fall Festival -  October 21, 2023, 1-4 pm at Easley 

Please join us for Easley’s Fall Festival on October 21st from 1 to 4 pm at Easley. Tickets will be sent home with students on Thursday Oct 19th. Each student will receive enough tickets to participate in each activity or game, plus receive one serving of cotton candy, popcorn, and shaved ice. Additional tickets are 25 cents each and can be purchased at the event. New this year: students will also receive a voucher to be redeemed for either a free hot dog or piece of pizza at the event. Additional food is available for purchase. Cash is preferred. Thank you to all who have volunteered to help with the event.  

Some Easley Girl Scouts are also collecting non-perishable food items (canned fruit, beans, meat, veggies) to support the Students Against Hunger initiative for the Food Bank of Central Eastern North Carolina. They will have a collection bin at Fall Festival, so please feel free to bring items to donate. 

Spring Fling -  May 3, 2024

Please make plans to join us for an evening event on Friday, March 3rd. More details are forthcoming, but there will be food and entertainment and the book fair will be open during part of the spring fling.
