We are a nonprofit organization funded almost entirely by donations from the Easley community, so we are grateful for any contribution you are able to make. That said, we don't like asking for money! To that end, we have consolidated most of our fundraising effort into a single donation drive (Apex Remix; details below), which is the only time we directly ask for donations. Other fundraisers listed below are offered as additional opportunities to contribute, usually while doing something you might do anyway (like buying books for your kids, or shopping for groceries). No pressure!

The "Apex Remix" is our largest fundraiser of the academic year, and this year will be held February 23rd - March 6th, 2026.
Apex Remix is conducted in partnership with Apex Leadership Co., a local franchise that specializes in school fundraising. During the 2-week event, the Apex team visits each Easley class daily with fun activities focused on fitness, character development, and—of course—fundraising for the PTA. Students collect pledges—outside of school, and entirely at your family's discretion—for which they can receive small prizes and rewards from Apex. We have worked with Apex over the years to limit the competitive aspects of the program, ensuring that all students get prizes and participate in the daily activities, culminating in fitness/dance party on the last day of the drive. While the whole process may seem a bit intense, most students and teachers have a great time participating, and we consistently raise enough money during the single Apex fundraiser to support virtually our entire annual budget. Direct donations to Easley PTA of any amount may be made at any time through our online store. We thank you for any contribution you choose to make!
We support the Easley Media Center to host two book fairs during the year. All students have opportunities to visit the book fairs during school hours, and family members may stop by during designated times. Ms. Hartley works hard to select the best books from the best vendors—ensuring good prices and selection at the fairs—and uses Book Fair proceeds to maintain and expand Easley's excellent Media Center. She also identifies students who have not been able to buy books on their own, and uses PTA funds to ensure every student goes home with a book at the end of each fair.

Box Tops for Education (BTE) has gone paperless! Once you download the BTE app, you can create an account and designate Easley Elementary as your box top recipient. You simply scan your grocery receipts and the app magically finds the BTE products. More info can be found here.
Easley is part of Harris Teeter’s “Together In Education” (TIE) program to help raise funds for our school. It’s easy and it is FREE. Simply give the cashier our code, 1311, and your VIC card when you check out. When you do this each August, your card will be linked for the entire school year. Easley will receive a donation from Harris Teeter for every HT Plus membership that is linked through the TIE program. This program does not interfere with your VIC savings or cost you any money!
