Because Apex raises the majority of the money we need to support teacher grants, teacher and staff appreciation and free-of-charge community events--we engage in minimal additional fundraising .

PTA Membership or Donations
Everyone can join the PTA including parents/guardians, grandparents, teachers, staff and students. To purchase a membership or make a donation to the Easley PTA go online here : https://easleypta.new.memberhub.store
Apex Fundraiser
Apex is our largest fundraiser of the academic year and will be held on February 26 - March 8, 2024.
The fundraiser is administered by a local professional fundraising group. Students collect pledges to perform fitness moves on a designated school day. Students can secure pledges by the move or in flat donations. Regardless of participation in the fundraiser, each class has time with the Apex team in character development activities throughout the course of the fundraiser. Because of the high percentage of proceeds that come directly to Easley Elementary, versus other fundraising activities we’ve conducted in the past, we are able to raise most of our money via this fundraiser. Easley Night Out: Elmo's Diner - August 28-31, 2023
Elmo's Diner at 776 9th Street will donate a portion of breakfast and lunch proceeds to Easley between August 28-31, 2023.
Fall Book Fair: August 28 - September 1, 2023
Our Fall Book Fair is coming soon! The dates are Aug 28th- Sept 1st. Monday- Thursday the hours are 7:15-3:00 and Friday will be 7:15-12:00. We will also be open Tuesday Aug 29th from 5:30-6:30. All families are welcome to shop the book fair in person. THIS letter gives more information. The Book Fair website will allow you to create an e-wallet as a cash-free option.

Our next Easley Night Out is scheduled for Friday, 9/15 to Sunday, 9/17 at Broken Spoke Farm located at 5601 St. Mary's Rd in Hillsborough. 5% of all sales will be donated to the school. The farm stand is open from 12-8pm every day, with organically grown produce and homemade soft-serve ice cream (Friday through Sunday only for ice cream). You can find the weekend’s flavors on the Broken Spoke Farm’s Instagram and Facebook pages.

Our next Easley Night Out is Wednesday, April 17th at Italian Pizzeria on Guess Rd. You can purchase a meal anytime during the day--just let the staff know that you are from Easley and a portion of the proceeds from your order will go to the PTA.
Spring Book Fair: May 6 -10, 2024
Box Tops for Education
Box Tops for Education (BTE) has gone paperless! Once you download the BTE app, you can create an account and designate Easley Elementary as your box top recipient. You simply scan your grocery receipts and the app magically finds the BTE products. More info can be found here.
Harris Teeter “Together In Education"
Easley proudly joins Harris Teeter’s “Together In Education” program to help raise funds for our school. It’s easy and it is FREE. Simply give the cashier our code, 1311, and your VIC card when you check out. Your card will be linked for the entire school year. Once your card is linked, Easley will receive a percentage of your Harris Teeter brand purchase (HarrisTeeter, Premier Selection, H.T. Traders, Harris Teeter Naturals, Your Pet, Hunter Farms, Highland Crest and More Value). This program does not interfere with your VIC savings or cost you any money!
